Online service for our Patients
At the surgery we use a clinical system called SystmOne which has online services for patients.
Patients can use SystmOnline to:
- view their medical records through SystmOnline.
- Manage their appointments
- Request repeat medication
- Update their contact details
- Message us
Using SystmOnline is easy—just ask at Reception for us to switch on the functionality within SystmOne. We will then send you a password to login.
Please let us know your email address so if you lock yourself out of your account you can Re-set your own password.(You have to have verified your email address with us to do this).
There is also a SystmOnline app available for Apple and Android devices. It can be downloaded free of charge from the relevant app store. This helps you manage your health care on the go.
Online Access to Medical Records
Patients are now able to access more of their medical records online.
This will mean you be able to view all your detailed coded information held in your record from the 1st April 2015 to the present day.
What is included in detailed coded information:-
- Procedure Codes – medical or surgical
- Problems and Diagnosis
- Allergies/Adverse Reactions
Patients have been able to order repeat prescriptions and book appointments on line for a while but will need to register again to access the above detailed coded medical record.
At present the access is a summary of your record but we are now allowing full ‘coded’ access following NHS guidelines, all added since1st April 2015 will be visible.
Please ask at reception for a form if you wish to use this service.
If you have any further questions please contact the surgery.

Under the age of 12 years parental / guardian access is permissible due to complex confidentiality laws and online access guidance, once the patient reaches 12, the access will automatically expire. The New Milton Health Centre does not allow access for children aged 12- 16 years old. At 16 the child can register themselves for online access.
