Complaints and Concerns

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.

However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.

Concerns 

If you would like to raise an issue but do not wish to make a formal complaint please fill in the form below and return it to us. You can:

  • Complete the form electronically and send it back to us via email at WHCCG.NewMiltonHC@nhs.net
  • Print the form and drop it back to Reception
  • Print the form and send it to us by post. Address the letter to ' the Practice Manger, The New Milton Health Centre, Spencer Road, New Milton, Hampshire,  BH25 6EN'. 

We will investigate and respond as appropriate.

To pursue a complaint please contact the practice manager who will deal with your concerns appropriately.

How to Make a Complaint

You can raise a formal complaint by completing either of the forms below.
